Ordering Policy

At this time, we are not accepting online orders.
All purchases must be made in-store or by contacting us directly through phone, email, or social media of the associated store. We’ll announce any future online ordering availability on our website and social channels.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please note the following:

• Return Window: Items returned within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

• Returns After 48 Hours: Items returned after 48 hours and within 7 days may be eligible for exchange or store credit (subject to management approval).

• Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned after 48 hours they were bought (subject to management approval)

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of purchase with a receipt.

• Items must be in original, unused condition.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please bring it back to the store within 48 hours of purchase with your receipt. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
